TERMS AND CONDITIONS "Soundboard Online"

Effective Date: 01/08/2025 Last updated: 17/08/2026 Welcome to Soundboard Online (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Soundboard Online mobile application (“App”), a platform for uploading, sharing, and organizing audio and video content. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. 1. ELIGIBILITY You must be at least 16 years old to use Soundboard Online. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If we determine, or have reasonable grounds to believe, that a user is under 16, we may remove their content and suspend or terminate their account without notice. 2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION 2.1. To access certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. 2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. 3. UPLOADS 3.1. You may upload, post, or otherwise transmit audio and video content (“Uploads”) via the App. 3.2. You retain all ownership rights to your Uploads. However, by uploading content to the App, you grant Soundboard Online a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the content for the purpose of operating and promoting the App. 3.3. You represent and warrant that you have the rights to upload the content and that it does not violate any law or the rights of any third party. 3.4. If your Upload uses copyrighted material, you must have the rights to use it, or it may be removed if we receive a valid takedown notice. 4. USER PROFILES 4.1. You may be allowed to upload a profile avatar or profile image for your account. 4.2. Your avatar must not contain sexual content, nudity, gore, graphic violence, or other content that we consider offensive, abusive, or inappropriate. 4.3. We reserve the right to remove or replace any avatar that violates these Terms or that we consider inappropriate for the App. Repeated violations may result in suspension or termination of your account. 4.4. By uploading an avatar, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to use that image. 4.5. Your avatar may be stored and processed by us as part of your account information in order to operate the App and display your profile to you and other users. 4.6. Your profile also includes text fields such as your username, display name, and profile bio (“Profile Information”). All rules in these Terms that apply to Uploads and avatars apply equally to Profile Information. 4.7. Your Profile Information must not contain: - sexual, obscene, or suggestive content, or invitations or solicitations of a sexual or romantic nature directed at other users; - contact details or links intended to establish private, off-App communication with other users — including phone numbers, email addresses, and contact or messaging links for services such as GroupMe, WhatsApp, Telegram, or Snapchat; - advertising, promotions, or solicitation of commercial services; - impersonation of any person, brand, or entity; or - personal information of any other person. Links or handles for public social profiles (for example a TikTok or YouTube channel) are permitted. However, we may remove any external link or handle at our discretion, in particular where it appears alongside solicitation or is used to target other users. 4.8. We may remove, edit, or reset any Profile Information that violates these Terms or that we consider inappropriate, without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in suspension or termination of your account. 5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT To keep Soundboard Online safe and thematically appropriate, you agree not to post spam or other off-topic content. You agree not to: - Upload or share content that is illegal, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, defamatory, infringing, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. - Upload or share content that depicts, features, or is created by a minor (a person under 16), including any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor. - Upload avatars or other profile images containing sexual content, nudity, gore, or graphic violence. - Include in your username, profile bio, or other profile fields any sexual or romantic solicitation, or any contact details or links intended to establish private, off-App communication with other users (such as phone numbers, email addresses, or messaging-service contact links). - Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity. - Post or share another person’s personal information without their consent. - Use the App for any unauthorized or unlawful purpose. - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or the App’s systems. - Engage in any activity that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the App. 6. CONTENT MONITORING We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor and remove any content, including Uploads, avatars, and Profile Information, that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. In particular, where we determine or have reasonable grounds to believe that content depicts a minor (a person under 16), or that content was created or posted by a person under 16, we may remove that content and suspend or terminate the associated account without notice. 7. PRIVACY Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including profile information such as avatars where applicable. 8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All intellectual property rights in the App, including its design, features, and functionality, are owned by or licensed to Soundboard Online. You may not use any part of the App for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. 9. TERMINATION We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to us. 10. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. 11.
